Exhibitor Information

There is a reason our Health and Fitness Expo sells out every year - it's jam packed with fun! Our participants love to check out local and national businesses, meet Los Angeles area sports teams, pick up their participant and fundraising prizes, and sample new products. Bring your business down to beautiful Manhattan Beach for the day as an Exhibitor and meet our health-oriented participants and supporters.

Includes:

  • 10x10 Expo Space with 1 table, 2 chairs

  • Covered white canopy, unless branded canopy is provided by exhibitor

  • Electricity is not provided but can be arranged for an additional fee.

  • Space for branded vehicles is highly limited. Only approved vehicles that are part of the activation will be accommodated.

ADDITIONAL INFO

The prime outdoor location of Health & Fitness Expo gets incredible foot traffic! Exhibitors should be prepared for at least 2,000 participants plus spectators to visit your booth. Interactive booths that provide a product sample, give away, entertainment, or raffle receive the best foot traffic. Sales of any kind are not allowed at Tour de Pier or in the expo area. All services and samples are free to guests. We have suggestions on what branded items would best position your company at our Health & Fitness Expo? 

LOAD IN/LOAD OUT INFO

This information should be used for preliminary planning. As we approach event day, our Expo Coordinator, Iliana Adame from MTZ Productions will email final instructions and parking information. 

LOAD IN: Exhibitors can deliver their items on Saturday afternoon (2 PM to 5 PM) OR on Sunday morning (beginning at 5:30 AM). All set up must be completed promptly at 8 AM.

LOAD OUT: Exhibitors may not leave the designated expo area until AFTER 1:30 PM on event day.  Loading out will follow the same pattern as load in. Due to the walkability and safety of our expo we remind all exhibitors that no driving or loading of cars shall take place in the expo area until the end of the event.   

PARKING

Each expo vendor will be given ONE parking space for a car in a nearby designated vendor parking lot. This lot cannot accommodate trucks or cars over 6 ft in height. If you need additional parking spaces, there are public parking structures and meters in Manhattan Beach. More detailed parking instructions will be emailed one week prior to event day.

FOOD SAMPLING

If you would like to provide food sampling at the Health and Fitness Expo you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the LA County Public Health Department. Please note your plans to exhibit food on your Exhibitor Form and Iliana Adame will contact you directly to ensure the proper permits are in place.
